Ok into week 2...FOR REAL THIS TIME!




I started my Weight loss regimen officially on February 13th and have since lost about 3 lbs from the first week. This week I plan on incorporating more activity into my regimen!

Any suggestions on managing an exercise plan would definitely help in the time being..


Now on to an hair update, I cut my hair when I returned from my vacation to the beautiful island of Jamaica. I am most likely 85% all natural tresses! The length is something to get used to but my hair curls so much more now.
