Day 1: My Redemption back to Working Out

I have laid low on the fast food, sodas, and candy this week and I have tried to keep my meals under 1400 per day.

NOW is the time Ladies and Gents that I return to the Excercise bandwagon...

Just praying I dont get lazy this evening and chicken out! I will most likely do a cardio routine of either 30 minutes of a Salsa Dance DVD or go to Planet Fitness for a varied 45 minute Cardio/Strength workout..


Ahhh decisions decisions.....wish me luck!
